Terms and Conditions

The owner of the riine.ee online store (hereinafter the Online Store) is HPS OÜ, registry code 12911586, located at Vanakuu tn 5-14, Haabersti district, 13516 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information

These Terms and Conditions apply when purchasing goods and services from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices are in euros (EUR).

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the selected delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the goods and services is provided directly next to the product or service in the Online Store.

The Online Store sells:

  • physical products (e.g. card decks, books),

  • digital products (e.g. gift cards, trainings),

  • services.

Placing an Order

To order goods or services, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart.

To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method must be selected (for physical products). The total amount payable will then be displayed, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments

  • Finnish bank payments

  • Latvian bank payments

  • Lithuanian bank payments

  • Visa / Mastercard card payments

  • Pay later and installment solutions (including Inbank hire purchase)

Note! When paying via bank link, you must click the button “Return to merchant” on the bank’s page.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – in the secure environment of the respective bank when paying via bank link and in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS for card payments. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details.

The sales contract enters into force when the amount due has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.

The Online Store owner is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Delivery

Kaupu saadetakse järgmistesse riikidesse:

  • Estonia

  • Latvia

  • Lithuania

  • Finland

The buyer can choose the following delivery methods:

  • parcel locker (e.g. DPD – according to the options offered in the Online Store).

Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and the respective price information is displayed next to the delivery method.

Domestic shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2–5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
Delivery outside Estonia usually takes 5–10 calendar days .

In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Electronic gift cards and digital materials related to services (if offered) are sent to the buyer by email after payment has been received.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • services, if the provision of the service has begun with the buyer’s prior consent,

  • digital gift cards and digital content if delivery has begun and the buyer has given consent,

  • gift cards if they are personalized or already used.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as is permitted for testing goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for other purposes or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a withdrawal statement must be submitted.

The withdrawal statement must be sent to: riine.aidberg@gmail.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except where the reason for return is that the returned product does not correspond to the order (e.g. wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.

The Online Store shall refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement.

The Online Store may refuse to make a refund until it has received the goods back or until the buyer has provided proof of having sent back the goods.

If the buyer has chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method, the Online Store will not refund the part exceeding the cost of standard delivery.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods has been significantly below the market price due to an error.

Right to Submit a Complaint

The Online Store is liable for non-conformity or defects of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods.

Within the first 12 months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut this presumption.

In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store no later than within two months by sending an email to: riine.aidberg@gmail.com

The Online Store is not liable for defects that have occurred after the goods were delivered to the buyer.

If the goods have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, all payments related to the sales contract will be refunded to the buyer.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses the buyer’s personal data to process orders and deliver goods. If necessary, data will be transferred to the service provider responsible for delivery.

Newsletters and offers are sent only if the buyer has given consent.

The buyer may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the relevant link in the email or by informing the Online Store by email.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to: riine.aidberg@gmail.com

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of procedure can be reviewed and an application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the Committee is free of charge.

The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
